Services Offered: By participating in FlagFan, the user obtains the right for their contribution (text, image, or video, depending on the selected option) to be published on our digital platform. What is NOT included: Official tickets or access. Benefits related to FIFA, CONCACAF, or the organization of the World Cup. Any physical or in-person experiences related to the event. 4. Participation Options: Users may choose among the following contribution formats: Ritual (USD 3): A text submission describing their football-related ritual or tradition.  Flag (USD 4): An image of their club’s or national team’s flag.  Video (USD 5): A video file of up to 30 seconds (song, chant, or stadium cheer). Combo (USD 10): Includes ritual, flag, and video. 5. Content Moderation: FlagFan reserves the right to review, moderate, and reject any content that: Is offensive, discriminatory, violent, or political. Infringes copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights.  Contains inappropriate material or content not suitable for all audiences. If a submission is rejected for non-compliance, the payment will not be refunded. 6. Payments and Refunds: All payments are processed through PayPal.  All payments are final and non-refundable. FlagFan is not responsible for additional costs resulting from bank fees or currency conversions.  7. Intellectual Property: By submitting a contribution, the user declares that they own the rights to the content or have obtained the necessary authorization to publish it. The user grants FlagFan a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and share the submitted content on our platform and social media channels. 8. Limitation of Liability: FlagFan does not guarantee permanent availability of the platform and is not liable for technical interruptions, data loss, or any issues arising from use of the service. Participation in FlagFan is symbolic and digital in nature, and does not imply additional benefits beyond the publication of the contribution on the platform.  9. Jurisdiction: This service is governed by the laws of Argentina. Any dispute or claim shall be resolved under that jurisdiction.
